You can also set a thread to be one you are interested in or set other threads to ignore.The effect on the MF site is I can focus on threads that I have determined are of interest and I can see if someone is posting a reply to a specific comment I made.

Some folks buy and then sell short term so they can put more equity into their rentals as they own rentals in market that do not cash flow without a large lump of cash invested.One's strategy does need to adjust to the market.Two quotes for you to consider when you drive around:"You can't depend on your eyes when your imagination is out of focus."
