Hi,Anybody here buys homes to flip in the Agua Dulce, CA expensive areas?

Im interested in the REIA group. ive actually invested in 3 rentals in the small town of Aguas Buenas where ive been living for some time now.

I know of property for $50,000/acre off Agua Fria, but whether all the approvals can be had, I'm not sure.

The confluence of three rivers (Gilda, Salt, and Agua Fria) is near the NASCAR track in Avondale, rivers that pull meltwater down into the valley from the mountains.

The problem is that the entire surrounding region is not receiving enough precipitation in the form of snow and what they are getting is being usurped by a particularly parched soil on its way to us via natural waterways (Salt river, Agua Fria River, both run into the Gila River at Phoenix).
