The borrower didn't move forward because the rate increased due to the lower DSCR, and the borrower was receiving less cash out.This property was part of a larger portfolio that my client was considering refinancing, but wanted to test the waters with 1 property first.

No judgment no pitching just real industry conversation and Comment.Because the truth is:The best lenders don’t just fund dealsThey protect relationships and help brokers WIN.And while you’re here tag a broker or lender who always comes through when things get messy.Let’s show them some respect 💼 The lender should also act as the guide as if you are going on a safari, they navigate through the forest and make sure there is communication and documentation is getting completed by the borrower and their underwriting team is providing updates on where things are at.

(Not good) but they don't care about anything else besides the subject. but if rocket had let's say a .5% or better rate I would definitely try and push the borrower in that direction for a few extra questions.
