I am looking for areas within Northern/Central Jersey that are Air BnB friendly and that has a draw for a nightly stays.

This was before you tube craze, so I'd buy a 1K course or read a book, things would go in one ear and out the next and I completely procrastinated on doing any actual work.

Yes... we do not change light bulbs, air filters, and other items.

I've been investing in high end residential properties in Los Angeles (Bel Air, Beverly Hills, Brentwood ect) for about a year now.

I go in and change the air filters either every 30 or 90 days depending on the filter type.

So blow it clean with some compressed air.

In addition, I ensure that my properties are kept clean, heated/air conditioned, well-lit, and ready to be shown quickly.
