I have a particular interest in historic properties not only because I think the quality of the materials are better, but because I think the architectural charm and interest will stand the test of time and appreciate.

I’ve seen both sides, and each strategy has unique risks/rewards.👉 For those who’ve done both — which do you prefer and why? 

I adored the coastal charm, affordability, and the lifestyle flexibility really stood out to me.I’m planning a temporary relocation to South Africa (6-8 months), where I’ll continue working remotely while learning the ropes of passive income generation through property.

Zero Financial Reward: Even with the hours I poured into learning and generating leads, I was unable to translate the effort into income.
