You should review the offer and confirm everything you want in the offer is present.I believe the broker should realize that the agent made an error that cost the client money and make an offer to compensate for some of the client’s lost Earnest Deposit (ED).

Years ago we made the mistake of customizing the paint for each home.

Is there new contact info for customer support that hasn’t been updated on the website or something?

And maybe lose other customers/sales. 

We are doing custom to semi custom and those things are tough..

If one of our customers wanted to add those to an existing job, we could probably fabricate and install it for around $2k to $4k depending on hardware selection.

Both fall apart the moment they stop tracking what actually matters.In real estate, the real money isn’t made on the buy.
