But managements fees on O'ahu seem like they vary more than Big Island.  

I live in Staten Island currently but looking to move into the NJ area, what is the best why to start investing in real estate and rental properties? 

If no other units in your building have the 2-person island, then it will be a great feature, but may draw too much attention, and questions.
