@Taylor Hassel You can definitely make luxury STRs work here, but the numbers get tight fast in Hawaii so you’re smart to look at self-managing the marketing.

It is a "tiny home" community, but more akin to smaller luxury units on full foundations, clustered tightly with communal parking along the exterior.

It's also much more likely that a luxury unit (cabin/beach house) appreciates more than a bunch of section 8 houses.
