Our fearless forecast is that the next 2-3 years will bring near historically low mortgage rates as part of the Administration's - notably Fed nominee Stephen Miran's proposed monetary and interest rate policy.

They either want to present their claims in a manner that triggers insurance coverage or obtain a monetary judgement against the entity that owns real estate.

In short, Powell was more “dovish” than expected (a fancy way of saying/signaling future interest rate cuts and less restrictive monetary policy in his closely chosen language).

Usually when we speak to "what is best for me" it turns into a monetary discussion on what is actually possible. 

I do feel confident in the value he has delivered to-date and have line of sight on it creating monetary value.

This go around however- demand for RE and other hard assets could actually accelerate -particularly as rates are floored and monetary policy loosened...part of the reason Berkshire & Buffett just went long on housing. 

That as the general economy slows...the FED will loosen monetary policy and rates will drop.

This is has BK written all over it with monetary wipe outs..

If it were me I'd want to understand how that monetary investment is being backed, and are you then responsible for the rehab or are you simply a "money guy"?
