Never hesitate to ask service providers to explain the rationale behind their recommended course of action.

These particular sellers already have interest in the property from other buyers and therefore aren't incentivized to negotiate against themselves by providing their lowest acceptable amount.- Wrong Agent.

No longer entertaining those "on the line" deals combined with more conservative underwriting.

This is why I use a property manager, but this is why real estate is awesome becaues different people have different ways to manage their properties and one is not right and one is not wrong.For me one of the things I love about real estate is the stories you can tell to people as some of them are extremely entertaining (and some very sad)
