He really is only rich because he lacks empathy and might be a psychopath.

I tend to be the cop that lets the 10 and under drivers go by so that I'm not tied up when the deranged psychopath comes flying down the street.

The other 10% are scammers, or have mental issues, or have perpetual money problems, or are career criminals, or psychopaths, or have massive entitlement issues, lack anger management, or are spousal abusers, or can’t hold a job, or don’t want to work, etc.  

My only concern with renting it out room by room in Philadelphia is my safety as my roommates could be psychopaths.

Jacksonville not as much as the other cities though and I would call it more like purple, with the red and blue fault lines running within the city itself.Social media is my lead gen of choice for now because it's free (except for what I've paid for BP Premium) and I've depleted just about all reserve capital I had to the point I'm contemplating taking on a day job again (with my tail between my legs having to admit that when I said I was gonna go off and be a hot shot realtor and those corporate psychopaths would never see me again, I was mistaken). 

Anyone wishing for this or looking forward to the fallout is  either a mental case or a psychopath.

One spends his nights trying to wrestle down drugged out AIDS infected psychopaths trying to kill him for nothing but doing a blue collar job and wonder if he's going to be sued tomorrow.
