I can't imagine what you feel about Hard Money Lenders...and you must not be worried about positive cash flow either; in today's market, a 15-year amort will almost certainly translate into negative cash flow.I know you're negotiating a sale now, but is this the kind of fourplex that you'd be interested in: 7218 Meade St, Pittsburgh, PA 15208?
