No one should expect theming to replace a great house and a great hosting experience.

Ever wonder why some investors keep scaling… while others stall after their second deal?

Theme will be like an adventure cabin (we have biking, hiking, skiing boating etc).

I seriosly wonder why they think antagonizing tenants and other stakeholders in the real estate process is a good idea? 

There are things I could do to maximize income, that I'm not particularly interested in, including running more specials, dropping my off-season rates, doing more theming, allowing pets, etc.

We are setting one up in a golf course community and theming it out, so I can let you know how it goes.

I am curious where exactly your properties are located and if they are "themed" attracting Disney/Universal guests specifically or if they are standard vacation rentals.

When most people get excited about starting an Airbnb or vacation rental, they jump straight into the fun parts:Furniture shoppingChoosing paint colorsCreating a themed designUsing pricing toolsLearning how to respond to guests quicklyThese things matter.

It could be a great project. There are so many folks that would probably benefit from it that are new or who might simply be interested in such a thing. I don't know if this is self promotion or simply an education.
