One tip is that you've got to focus on terminology.

We use microsoft so we uploaded state law information into a sharepoint site and then created an AI agent within microsoft that is a teams chatbot to ask questions about lost note affidavits, allonges, assignments, statute of limitiations, foreclosure timelines etc.We also include standard documents in the GPT like note and deed of trust for that state and ask the GPT to review the note and docs from teh seller to see if there are any out of ordinary terminology or conflicts within the documents.

We are very new to all of this and trying to learn all of the terminology behind real estate.

Hi everyone, I am still learning real estate investors' terminology so bear with me.

A few weeks after paying the $25k, we set up our first meeting with our assigned CPA and started the so-called “advanced tax courses” provided, which are generic modules that only vaguely introduce financial concepts, topics, and terminology.

And there is terminology that is likely to be used in each: i.e.

And for investor to put up money for this is just financial suicide.. there was guys down in San Antionio doing this preying on non english speakers.. just a sleazy way to try to make a buck nothing to be proud of.I'm terrible at explaining it while trying to relate it to everyone's terminology. 

Currently trying to educate myself on terminology and looking more towards house hacking because it’s an ideal starting point being a stay home mom.
