For 99.9% of the “Is this lender legit?”

Most of these seem to need cosmetic updates, but aren't complete gut jobs.As an out of state investor in other higher priced states, this seems like a great opportunity.

And just a thought: if investors waited around for rates to drop, they’d miss out on opportunities - and they probably wouldn’t be true investors.

This gives the seller a TINY about of reverse leverage and covers some if not all of the loses from taking the property off the market. .
