Especially on the uphill side you can dig dry wells and install sub grade downspout drains (perforated white or corrugated drain pipe) that exit to the wells at least 10-15 feet from the house if possible.   

I trusted them too much and they ghosted me and blocked both me and my property manager on Hemlane.  

I can't see how they can tell if days were blocked for personal use or a rental.

I would personally go with Pilsen, south side can be very block by block.

Down Neck(Ironbound), North Newark (300-900 blocks), down town (very few blocks) and upper Vailsburg are Good areas.

Apparently there's a community center for art shows, youth programming, etc coming down the block. 

Detroit has been improving a lot but it’s more of a block-by-block market, so you’ll want to know the areas well or work with someone local.

I have a disposal in our primary home and in our lake house and both drain just above the P trap in a downpipe with a drain pipe for the dishwasher.
