My kids are transitioning to adults, I need to find a new place to live and will probably house hack in some way. 

Adults don't want to share bathrooms, particularly at luxury experiences.

Worst case get a double security deposit, a higher rent/guest/occupany fee, and make the SSN holder the sole applicant and the other adult as a guest.  

You need to be able to communicate with adults confidently without making yourself sound beneath them.

Our whole economic model is designed in a way that once you learn how to make money with your money you are bound to become wealthy.

Over time, that house has filled up with five working adults, which caused the rent to increase quite a bit.
