It's kind of hard to tell from the picture but it seems like you could do a separate unit with that blue building and have a double income situation.   

Yeah absolutely, I'm just North of you in southern Michigan (Go Blue) but seeing the same for both our Michigan and Ohio clients. 

Don't misunderstand what I am saying, don't buy in a war zone but duplex communities are normally blue collar, lots of cars, and a rental neighborhood as compared to SHF housing, a mix of white/blue collar, fewer cars, and owner occupied properties who take pride in housing appearance and lawn care.

He has made a lot of grandiose predictions over the years that have not materialized: such as the "hallucinations" issue with AI being solved by now which it hasn't, and predicted that blue collar jobs would be totally gone by now, and that we'd have self-driving cars by 2019 etc.
