I am currently a junior at Texas A&M University, with plans to obtain a primary residence as a house hack within the next year. Over time, I intend to obtain buy and hold real estate, work on flips, as well as start a land development company.

Hi, I go by Matt. I am moving to develop my Real Estate Investing business to eventually fund my retirement. I have seven short years to accomplish this (p/t & after-hours). Years ago, I managed a duplex rental for 3 years. Now, I'd like to grow beyond that experience, but I am not sure the direction.
