I am 51 years old and I am a journeyman electrician. I am married with 2 girls and I want a better life for my family. I am tired of working 6 days a week, 10 hours a day and not getting anywhere! I would like to start rehabbing and /or flipping houses using private money. Banks wont get me where i want to be fast enough!
I own a 4plex I bought as a foreclosure. Been up and running for 6 years now. I also own a small property services business. I do small carpentry projects and most home repairs and maintenance items. My background is construction and architectural/civil engineering drafting and design (20+ years).
