I'm 54 years old and have a very good job with a leading tech company. I'm lucky in that I work from home and can live anywhere in the US. Now that our kids are out of the house (in Seattle) my wife and I are considering selling our house and relocating.

First purchase 30 years ago was a duplex and thought I was on my way to REI. Raising a family almost complete now I am ready to resume that goal. Looking at multi-family from the start.
