Hello y'all, my name is Kelvin, I'm 22 and I'm brand new to investing. Well, I've been studying since October of 2018. I'm learning more about wholesaling. I want to use it as my first exit strategy and eventually get into buy and hold, using them as rentals. Hope to have a large portfolio eventually.
