I am committed to going the MF, passive income, route. I have decent equity in my home, great credit, and am educating myself on the various options available to me. That is what brought me to BP. I previously was a realtor and am presently preparing to take the exam again, although I do not plan to make that my career.

I have been in this business a year or so with my father. We purchase homes renovate them and later rent them out. I manage the properties and do some of the rehab work as well.
