Hello, i'm Gus 18 years old currently in college with very high expectations of what I will do with my life in the future. I have no experience in real estate; however, i'm highly motivated to start as soon as I can building my own empire.
I am interested in investing in Real Estate. I would like to learn as much as possible and decide which direction I would like to go (flipping vs renting) and then start taking action. I have dabbled in Real Estate before and got burned. This time I would like to make my time and make sure that I am better equipped to be successful.
