Looking to build my long-term rental portfolio for financial freedom!
I've been a loan originator for 31 years. During all that time, I had two loans declined--still hurts--because I know what I'm doing. I'd rather not admit it, but I seem to attract complicated deals. Still close 'em. I can close non-QM loans in most states.
My husband and I currently own several properties in south Louisiana. We are still working on the road in gas and oil but have set a goal for ourselves to be off the road and finically independent within the next 3 years.
