I graduated from the University of San Francisco with a degree in Economics. For the past 5 years I’ve worked in marketing. My speciality is designing ads, running social media advertising campaigns, and creating social media content.
I am an insurance agent with an inactive real estate license. Additionally, I'm a lender focusing in lending money for double closing helping wholesalers and investors when they purchase properties with built-in equity paying cash and refinancing them immediately with little or no down payment.
Family man investor entrepreneur trying to secure long term wealth and passive income.
Focused on mastering residential, rentals and flips.
Eventually move on to commercial (after mastering residential SF & small MF)
