I'm in my 20s and I love looking at houses on Zillow. I want to buy my first rental property by 30. Right now I'm trying to get myself together to buy. I'm a newbie. I've never bought anything outside of my car that has a long-term loan.

I recently got my real estate license. I've been in sales my whole life. 3 months in with Remax, I e sold 6 homes at 1250,000. Not horrible . But I want to flip and rents properties
