I am 28 years old and I have a 2 daughters. I would love to get my family financially free but still have the freedom to spend time with them. I cant wait to build wealth and create a cash flowing portfolio to pass down to my children.

I am an ambitious person looking on buying my first rental property in Pensacola by the end of 2019. I am a Pilot in the US Air Force and will be moving to Pensacola to become an instructor at the school house. My "Why" is no other than my wife and 2 year old son.
