I am new to real estate in general, but I am very interested in getting started in wholesaling, flipping and rental properties. I am currently in the military but I will be getting out in a couple years. I came to Bigger Pockets to soak up as much knowledge as possible about real estate so that I can pursue it as I move forward in life.

Currently full time employed in the air medical industry. Working on scoring my first real estate deal, a single family rental property. In 5 years, would like to have accumulated a total of 15-20 properties with enough CF to have a work-optional lifestyle and spend more time with my wife and son doing philanthropy overseas.
