I am originally from D.C. and grew up between the Silver Spring, MD area and the Longmont, CO area. I have been interested in residential fix and flips since I was a little girl. I got the bug for renovation projects after my mother had my siblings and I helps with some home improvement projects.

I've spent a lot learned some and need to make that first deal. My mom was a REI back in the 70's and I got the bug from her. Never had the money to invest and no money down hasn't worked for me.
