I am a full time high school teacher at a parochial school. I'm over 50 and looking to create passive retirement income, but I really enjoy taking ugly spaces and rehabing them. We just bought our first property in April and have spent the time since renovating it. It is rented beginning August 1, and now I'm ready to add to our portfolio....
