Before the housing bust I had made more money from real estate than I had in tech.
After a respite, I now want to make that statement true again.
I flipped a house about 10 years ago with my ex-spouse....did GREAT! Unfortunately, the marriage did not survive and neither did our investing business. Had to get back in the rat race to survive but am now interested in getting back into the game.
My goal is to keep doing what I love while making a modest living. Financial security for now and the future.
