70 years old. Artist. I have invested, off and on, for the past 50 years, mostly single family homes and in 2000 a multifamily apartment building. Sold everything in 2006 when cap rates were very low. Now, looking to move to the SE part of the US and buy one or more multifamily buildings. Possibly would partner with someone. Thanks. Brian
