Hi. My name is Jude Richardson, and I am new to Real estate investing. I have not secured my first property, and will need all the help I can get. I lost my right foot to an infection in 2013 after being a mechanic, and running a handyman service. I need to secure my future, and Real estate seems to be a good vehicle.

I just got my licence in real estate. I have not started yet. I like the investing part that you laid out in a 3 year plan.
I am interested in the wholesaling aspect of real estate. I don't have much experience other than going to a couple properties and negotiating with sellers. I am interested in finding investors along with improving my marketing skills to find more sellers.
