Just getting started! Closed on my very first deal in June 2018. It was a single family 2b/1b, turnkey rental in Lexington NC. I closed on a Second deal about 4 weeks later. A fixer up, 7 unit apartment building in Thomasville NC. Currently completing the rehab on the apartment build and starting to look for my next deal.
