Pretty much retired. I'm feeling the squeeze of inflation and getting older. I bought my home in 1986 and have mortgages and equity. Unable to get a conventional loan. I have options but not sure exactly what they are and I want to make a smart and well informed decision. I originally bought to flip and boy did I get sidetracked.
