I'm a beginner RE investor that has one rental and one flip (in progress) under my belt. I’m looking at retiring from my job and do this full time within the next 1 ½ years from now. I’m looking to learn as much as I can and get my systems in place for my “REBIRTH”!

I am 29 yrs old worked in factory for 10 yrs than decided I needed a change work at a Green House now like it but not very steady since its only seasonal and would like to be making more than I am but not many options jobs wise in my area and factory work just ages a person too fast. I love working at Green House just not big on being laid...
