Thought about investing for years and have not done much other than thinking and one flip. It is time to get moving and get some under the belt. I am interested in quads and apartment complex's, small commercial, and RE that includes a 1. self storage, 2. car wash, 3. Laundromat business.
I started my investing journey in January 2020 with a buy-and-hold single-family home to get my feet wet.
