I flipped one house years ago in Sacramento. My father has flipped dozens of homes as well as having a couple of dozen rental properties in Pahrump, NV and the Cedar City, UT area. We have both built houses, my father as a General Contractor. Our focus now is flipping houses in Pahrump.
