Been in RE for over 25 yrs. Had a big portfolio of rental properties [over $2million] before the RE crash, although everything was highly leveraged. None cahs flow, but we were riding the appreciation wave until 2005.
I want to get back in investing. Fix & flip is a good fit, also buy, fix & hold.
