Hello,
my name is Blair and I'm new to real estate investing, but not new to the industry. I use to be a realtor about eight years; that lasted about two and a half years. Now I'm back and I want to start in wholesaling, then flipping and cash flow, then eventually get into the commercial aspect of the industry.
