Entered Real Estate Investing in 2008 when the market crashed. Started buying investment properties and went full time in 2013. Sold my property management company in 2018. Bought, sold, flipped, held, wholesaled, Multifamily, single family, commercial, mixed use, STR, have had a good diverse experience so far.
