I'm interested primary in buy and hold but if the opportunity arrive to flip, wholesale, etc I have no problem switching to save up capital to gain a buy and hold.
My day job is computer programmer / data architect. I support/maintain/enhance/debug midrange server applications for several large financial institutions. Also do some DBA work on those same servers.
I'm currently working towards growing my real estate business so I won't have to rely on my W-2.
