skills development resulting in shortened sales cycle, reduced "think it overs" and selling based on "low price"
We have 8 properties that we rent out, but of course that takes a lot of revenue that keeps us in debt and max out our HELOCS. We are retiring in 2017 and would like to flip homes full time.
