Family has been in real estate for some time. I've been helping throughout my life with the family business but now looking to do my own deals. I currently live in Bethel, AK but plan to move to Anchorage and start by buying a multi family home to house hack.

I am new to the real estate industry. I am a full time firefighter/paramedic looking for something new as a side job. I have had interest in flipping homes and rental property for a few years and want to try to make a dream a reality.
