After struggling to find a deal/strategy in the Milwaukee area I came across Marcus through BP. He was willing to take the time to provide the education and direction I needed for this market. We started with a one hour phone call discussing my goals and set up a time to look at one of his rehabs. At the rehab we discussed material choices, costs, etc. Later we met at his office to review the market, appreciation, etc. Through this we were able to establish two neighborhoods that fit my goals. This was my biggest struggle before meeting Marcus. In a short time we found a house that met my criteria. There was some rehab needed and he was kind enough to set me up with his crew. The rehab was finished and the property was rented quickly. Since then I seek his advice on the management side of things.

After all the struggles I feel incredibly lucky to have found Marcus. He has not just been a excellent realtor but a solid mentor. With his guidance and the right mindset you will be successful. I highly recommend him and will continue to work with him now and in the future as I build my business!

Meeting Marcus early in my real estate investing journey was game-changing, to say the least. As a newbie, I was struggling to find the right neighborhood, the right strategy, and found myself overwhelmed with information. I reached out to Marcus after reading a comment he had written on a blog post. My wife and I are living in Michigan and bought a property in Milwaukee WI. We choice Marcus as our buyers agent mainly on credentials and positive reviews. We meet with Marcus in Milwaukee and he was very welcoming and walked us thru the home buying process. Having not lived in the area Marcus was a great asset in which neighborhoods beat fit my wife and I. We decided on a neighborhood and Marcus drove to a house we were interested in the day it was listed. He took great pictures and walked us thru the house. The following day we decided to place a offer. Based on his great pricing advice our offer was selected (even though there was another offer with more cash than ours). As we are out of town he went and did the inspection with the inspector and FaceTimed us. The biggest value was when the underwriter had a issue with the foundation. Marcus was great and prepared a clear and concise report with the foundation specialist and inspectors report. I think this was a major help in having the underwriter approve the home. I don’t think we would of landed the deal we did without Marcus. Also his team was great and thru the stressful times of working with the underwriter he was always available. Will 100% work with Marcus as we start our career in real estate. He is the definition of dependable, available, very knowledgeable realtor. He never pressured us and made the whole process seem simple.

My fiancee and I have recently moved to Milwaukee, and we had the good fortune of connecting with Marcus to help us begin our real estate journey. Marcus is exactly the man you want on your team. Seeing houses with him is like fishing with dynamite.

While some other agents are looking for a quick sale, Marcus leverages his deep knowledge of contracting/engineering to ensure that his clients have a good sense of the property they are evaluating - the good, the bad, and the ugly. He is extremely generous with his knowledge; we learn a TON every time we see a property with him. It is truly amazing the way we can assess a listing now versus before we began working with Marcus.

Marcus is as honest as they come, and you will never feel pressured when you work with him. In fact, he has on several occasions steered us AWAY from properties which looked like money pits, despite the financial incentive to make a sale. Sure we have friends "in the business" but if you're serious about investing you need to look beyond your friends. Marcus met with us in an initial consultation and explained there is more than one route to property investment and was able to help us narrow down the option that would suit us best without having a dramatic effect on our current lifestyle.
