My husband and I own 2L Properties , which operates as buy and hold rental and flip properties and last year we started 2L Student Rentals which is concentrated on university student housing rentals. We predominantly are doing business in SW Louisiana, but, are looking to branch out to other states as well. Love Bigger Pockets!
