Originally from New Jersey I moved to Scranton, Pennsylvania in 2002 for cheap real estate. My start in the real estate investment world was with student housing near the University of Scranton. That led on to new construction multi-family homes designed for young professionals. When the real estate market tanked in Scranton I began buying distressed multi-family homes and gut rehabbing them into higher end units. Now that our market is trending up, flip properties have been gaining steam in my portfolio. But I always keep it simple with my Buy, Rehab, Rent, and Refinance strategy. As of 2017, I am self-managing over 180 units in Scranton and Dunmore, PA. Experience: With over 17 years of experience in the industry, I have transacted over 55 properties. At the age of 25 years old I was building brand new multi-family homes from the ground up. As markets changed, residential redevelopment then became my forte. With over 300 tenants, and more than 139 apartments, property management is my primary daily activity. Real Estate Goals: Finding deals and developing buildings is my passion and its what I do best. Conserving more time to do that will only grow my business much faster.
