HI Everyone, we're currently in the process of looking for a house hack MFH in communities that are within a 90 min train ride from Grand Central Station. Our current home in Princeton Jct, NJ will be up for sale in late May. We are also looking for financial partners in case a great deal comes along before we sell the current home. Thanks.
