I am newer to BiggerPockets, but really eager to continue learning and grow my portfolio of investment properties. After reading some information provided by Andrew in a forum regarding financing options and some investment strategies, I called Andrew with some questions. He called me back and was more than willing to help answer my questions and clear up my confusion. I cannot than him enough, as he demonstrated that he is a true class act and a very genuine person. Unfortunately, I do not live in Texas (I live in S.E. Pennsylvania), but I would highly recommend working with Andrew if you are an investor, buyer, real estate agent, or simply looking to speak with a quality lender.

I've been working with a client who has properties in TX and was having a difficult time finding appropriate lenders for a deal he was working on. I posted in the forums and not only did Andrew offer advice there, he followed up with a PM giving me several leads, phone numbers and contact names for the specific issue we were dealing with. I emailed Andrew with a question that was similar to one he answered on a forum post regarding FHA/VA loan usage. The next morning, he promptly responded and put me at ease letting me know I was correct and doing the right thing. His expertise and quick response were paramount in my situation, as I did not have much time to spare. He's a fine professional and a fine American. If you get on here everyday,and get your little bit of knowledge you will notice some names are on here so often you almost expect to see them when you log in. Andrew Postell has been very active in the forums with positive and very knowledgeable Info. I've gotten loans from many lenders over the years, and some of them were very good. But... Andrew is the best one I've ever used. I've done multiple loans with him, and he & his team make a process virtually seamless that can at times be quite arduous with other lenders. If you want a loan in Texas, do yourself a favor & give him a call. :-)

I found Andrew while looking for someone that could perform a cash out refinance on an investment property in Texas, who does not live in Texas. Although I searched 10+ lenders, Andrew was the only one that could do the refi! He asked me to trust him, that this was something he would be able to do, and a month later, I had the refi cash in my hand! He was extremely professional and patient, and the entire process was very straight forward. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to purchase or refinance in Texas.
